Hello. My name is Robert Berkovitz.
I\u2019ve been a practicing chiropractor in Ventura for over 19 years. For the last six years I\u2019ve been studying the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy.
This is the most patient friendly technique I have ever used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why patient friendly?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because the objective of the McKenzie Method is to educate and empower the patient to manage their back, neck, headache, or extremity symptoms by themselves.
This is accomplished without drugs, surgery, or endless visits to my office.
The patient learns to manage their symptoms by themselves using simple movements and\/or postures. Two to eight visits over a week or two may be needed by the patient to learn the correct procedures. For two out of three people it\u2019s a tremendously valuable technique for the self-management of symptoms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
